Definitely. When your only concerned with what most people feel, you end up ignoring lots of others.

I think all things are good in moderation. If they're taking the minority into account, then it's fine.

Absolutely, that’s how right-wing populism starts. It’s a democracy killer in the wrong circumstance, and generally should be reigned in.

Anything can go too far

While some ideologies are extreme from the start (fascism, communism, socialism) others are healthy in small doses.

Populism is healthy until it evolves into those extreme IDs.

A national populist can become a fascist.

A social populist can become a communist.

A populist is simply a revolutionary reacting to the establishment.

A healthy populist will evolve into a democrat/republican, creating a new establishment, which can devolve into mob rule or oligarchy, planting the seeds for a new populist.
