Should the government continue to fund Planned Parenthood?
No, and the government should not give funds to any organizations that perform abortions
If the government is going to refuse to uphold access to certain forms of reproductive care, then the least they can do is make sure the people unable to make those specific decisions with their bodies are taken care of in the other lanes of care available. If someone felt they needed/wanted an abortion and was not legally allowed to get one, no matter the reasons, their prenatal care should be covered. To prevent unwanted pregnancies, especially if abstinence is not an option, people should have access to free std screenings, cervical exams, routine health exams/physicals either for themselves or their children (who they couldn't afford in the first place), preventative care, and resources to better prepare them for their lives postnatal; whether it's adoption or otherwise. Planned Parenthood and organizations like it offer healthcare and resources, often to those who can't afford it otherwise. You're not "pro-life" if you no longer care about the baby wants its born, you're pro-birth, and in this case, pro-forced-birth. For every vote cast in opposition of reproductive rights, there's a vote for taking care of the children born as a consequence and by extension the mother and/or their family. Let's not advocate for defunding medical facilities, that helps no one.
