Transgender men and women who have a gender dysphoria diagnosis and intent to transition should be protected under law. Anyone who identifies as "nonbinary" or believes they're not a man or a woman does not deserve protection against discrimination.
Why does a trans person have to also have gender dysphoria to be protected under the law? And why is it fine to be trans if you're binary but not okay if you're trans and non-binary..?
