With Republicans it is mostly QAnon new-comers or MAGA libertarians (and maybe a few moderates if you get lucky); Democrats have progressives, moderates, centrists, democratic socialists, and a few conservatives like Joe Manchin.

I identify as a dem but that's just wrong. That's an unfair generalization of the Republicans. Liz Cheney, John McCain, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Chris Sununu. There are so many decent and honorable Republicans. It's just unfortunate what Trump has done to their party.

Indeed Trump has caused harm to the Republican Party but Liz Cheney, John McCain – everyone you listed – have done far worse. These people are neocons who support endless foreign wars, endless foreign aid, limitless abortions, limitless spending and deficits, and don't give a dang about states rights, enumerated powers, or the constitution. Whenever a Republican votes against Party he is showered with praise – whenever a Democrat, like Joe Minchin votes against his party, the media rains h–ll on him.
