Yes for basic needs but still require side hustles and jobs for people to work in order to receive it. Age requirement as well, must be an adult (18+)

Okay, but what about those who grew up in abusive households and were emancipated at 16 or left the foster care system with nothing? They are not old enough to work all jobs and certainly won´t be able to afford college. What do you propose?
