Yes, I do believe foreign terrorism suspects should be given constitutional rights because these rights set us apart from other countries and the way we treat people. As well as the fact that these are not necessarily lesuirely rights we aren't doing them a favor, we are treating them as humans and giving them rights as if they are one. Lastly, they are a "suspect," meaning they are still innocent until proven guilty.
