There might be some rare cases where I would say yes - perhaps if the customer was infringing on someone's first amendment rights (protesting and disrupting their bakery, for instance). If the business owner is struggling and can only serve a person if they go to their marriage, I would probably be fine with owner refusing service. In all other cases, businesses should be required to serve all communities equally.
