After the gun has been sold, it is not the manufacturer's fault or the dealer's fault if that person goes out and shoot someone. Therefore, they should not be the ones being sued, but the one who used the gun for violence instead. Some people have no record of being violent with weapons, and don't purchase it with the initial intent to use it for violence.
