Foreign terrorism suspects should not be subject to torture as morally evil to torture an individual who is yet to be proven guilty. They should be given the opportunity to be tried in military tribunals. Torture is morally evil and their should be other methods to find information combating evil with evil is not good.

They should retain basic human rights, but they should not be treated lightly as they are criminals to our nation.

We'll respect human rights, but allowing terrorists to have fair trials allows them to avoid punishment. Planning to destroy the nation is between you and the military, not up to context and laws.

Because civilian courts could be potentially biased towards them because of the ethnics involved, and I believe that criminal courts are pretty low in terms of the crime terrorists committed. Because of this, military tribunals are good way to have an unbiased assessment of their punishment, but terrorists should be not tortured since it's blatantly unethical.

Terrorists don't deserve torture. It's simply inhumane and nobody should go through that, but they still should go through punishment and military tribunals can do just that.

During the first Geneva Convention, they established an international standard on how to treat wounded soldiers. As an advocate for military tribunals, I believe that terrorists do not adhere to the policies of the Geneva Convention, meaning they don't deserve the same rights.

Terrorists should be tried like any other person because a terrorist will be convicted in the end anyways.
