No, but more restrictions should be implemented to ensure these weapons don’t get into the wrong hands.... deep background check, no one with a criminal past of course! Their license should only be valid for shooting ranges and private property. Anyone caught carrying one outside those parameters should have be at risk of losing their license and weapon.
