The idea that marital rape does not exist is a notion far beyond old fashioned and outdated. Rape can and does exist in marital households and can happen in any and all situations. Rape cannot be denied by a ring on a finger.

I think it depends on the age. If y'all are both the same age or at least a year difference, with consent it shouldn't be punishable until it's actual rape.
