Rape is rape, no matter if it wasn't severe or not, it was still rape. So it should be under severe violence.

Martial Rape and Non-Martial Rape should be punished differently because people can lie about Rape, profit off of the lawsuits, and make the other persons life more miserable. However, this doesn’t mean that Martial Rape doesn’t happen. I think that someone who files for martial rape should have at least a bit of evidence of such a thing happening before they start the lawsuit

I think it depends on the age. If y'all are both the same age or at least a year difference, with consent it shouldn't be punishable until it's actual rape. If I am 18 and my 17 year old girlfriend gave me consent to have sex with her is shouldn't have to spend time in jail. But if someone was 18 having sex with someone 13-15 then yes, that's statutory rape.

I think marital rape is different because you are married and most likely have sexual relations with each other and is different than nonmarital non consented sex.

There are a lot of people that lie about Rape so they can get more money off of the person and so they can make the other person's life more miserable. So I don't attend to believe people that say they have been raped. Because there's a good chance they haven't.
