Not for terrorists but for healthcare insurance executives. Also crucifixion is allowed as well as skinning, gallows, scalping, and eventual public execution by guillotine

 @9TMQGYY from Arizona  answered…10mos10MO

No, we need to treat them with kindness and help them in exchange for information. That is for low ranking terrorists who are forced to fight.

No, torture is ineffective and inhumane, it violates the 8th amendment and it should strictly follow the laws of the Geneva convention. Interrogation should be able to use psychological tactics towards their goal but refrain from physical abuse as much as possible

There needs to be a middle ground if given probable cause do anything necessary but there must be an investigation.

 @946RVPL from Arizona  answered…3yrs3Y

It shouldn't be used right away. It should be used when they know for a fact that the person is lying to them.

 @LegalizeFreedom from Arizona  answered…4yrs4Y

No, torture shouldn't be used if there's no definitive proof they did anything

 @8VZF7BXSocialist from Arizona  answered…4yrs4Y

No; and military personnel should be held accountable for such actions.

 @8TSTQSJ from Arizona  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but there should be a situational approach to certain situations, when suspected terrorists give reason for it.

 @8TR2HKLGreen from Arizona  answered…4yrs4Y

If they don’t give them the answer that they are looking for then yes

The military should not be engaged in these activities but with sufficient evidence we should remand them to dark sites where people like Ramsey Bolton take over

 @8NGBTX7 from Arizona  answered…5yrs5Y

You got to do what you need to do to protect us from danger. It’s hard to be good sometimes but you need to take into consideration what’s on the line.

 @8MQWBSV from Arizona  answered…5yrs5Y

I think that waterboarding should be used as a last resort, but the military should put more focus on psychological tactics versus physical tactics.

 @8MQF8WZ from Arizona  answered…5yrs5Y

No and yes if a terrorist is confirmed to be one then use it as a last resort if not then what is the point of harming someone.

 @8LHYZX7 from Arizona  answered…5yrs5Y

yes, but only as a last resort and only if they are convicted terrorists.

 @8KZ36NZ from Arizona  answered…5yrs5Y

if other countries use it on us, then we should be allowed to use it on them.

 @8FXLFKW from Arizona  answered…5yrs5Y

No, torture is ineffective and it directly violates the laws of the Geneva Convention and our own Constitution.

 @9BCX9NP from Arizona  answered…2yrs2Y

They should be allowed, but they should not because such measures have been shown to be ineffective in getting accurate information.

 @998W2GV from Arizona  answered…2yrs2Y

yes as a last resort you could said but i say we do both enhanced interrogation techniques and also do old school techniques also and yea i know some torture are inhumane but their fault for not answering if they answer the faster thing go but we should also do psychological torture too.

 @994MFPJ from Arizona  answered…2yrs2Y

The police have been doing it to Innocent people for decades so why not water board some who a suspected terrorist

 @98R85X4Socialist from Arizona  answered…2yrs2Y

Whether or not we use torture as a method to get information from suspected terrorists, we never know if it'll work or not, and whether if this will give us more or less trouble with the enemie.

 @8TQSKTC from Arizona  answered…4yrs4Y

no, but only if it is the last resort and it is known that they are convicted terrorists

 @8G3CS8C from Arizona  answered…5yrs5Y

If the terrorist in question isn't a citizen of the US, knock yourself out.

 @985LFM3 from Arizona  answered…3yrs3Y

I don't really have a personal opinion about this, but it should be taught just in case of a real situation.
