I have an issue with this question because of the word “suspected” seems like it could be used badly in the wrong hands

Yes, psychological tactics should be allowed and physical tactics should be used as a last resort.

I was sexually molested by a cop due to the order of a judge in Durango Co, because that judge believed it was justified to force me to plead guilty to a crime I didn't commit. I have been diagnosed with ptsd as a result. Was this necessary?

Yes for convicted terrorists not until due process happens though we need to prevent terrorism at any cost but not label any religion on thing just because of a few bad people also we should Geneva convention protocols first then do whatever they want to help prevent further terrorism.
