Despite the conflict of the 8th amendment, interrogation techniques should follow an eye for an eye basis, where methods match the severity of the terrorist act.

It's something that conflicts with me greatly, but I feel as though it's a yes but only at a certain point. If there is at least some well evidence backed up, torture should THEN be used as a last resort if they aren't responsive. Only if it feels like an extreme and possible threat.

As long as it doesn't pose a threat to the American Constitution or people. But the Military is it's own branch, they can do what they want.

Yes, but only if the safety of the country is at risk. Otherwise psychological tactics should be used.
