for special sects of the military, enhanced interrogation is a sound method however, it should only be used as a means to an end.

Just because the Military may be the Police of America does mean they are immune from the consequences of committing Human Rights Violations, they should not be torturing people as a technique to gain information. Maybe have interrogators who actually know how to communicate with people do the interrogations with terrorists.
