each individual should be putting their stance on everything on their voter ballot (if it worked that way of course) then that all needs to be sorted and given to leaders before they start campaigning so they know exactly what individuals want, not just what people in higher places assume or see in a majority that they want. globalization should not ever be implemented for more than a multitude of reasons but each person should be fully heard in their own country/ land.

 @9KJQKGH from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes in one way and no in another way. If anti-globalization occurs, many overseas businesses that engage in activities that harm the environment will see a decrease in business, which in turn will cause less people to do it. On the other hand, locally our lives would be more difficult. Things would no longer be outsourced and as a result would cost more.

What's one local cause or issue you'd dedicate more time to if global issues weren't as dominant in the news and why?

 @9TFRWGM from Delaware  answered…1yr1Y

I’d dedicate time to local issues. There’s always something to improve. Even if we had no war, no disease, no homelessness, we’d still have issues within our own communities to work on. Honestly, this is what we should be focusing on rather than thinking we can all change the world. We’d have a far greater impact collectively improving our individual communities, which would thus improve things on a larger scale by extension.
