If found guilty, should former President Trump be pardoned for mishandling classified documents?

In June 2023 a grand jury indicted former President Donald J Trump with 37 felony counts for mishandling classified documents after his presidency. 31 counts fall under the espionage act and 6 counts fall under making false statements and engaging in a conspiracy to obstruct justice. This is the first case in the history of the United States where a former president has been indicted under federal charges. The President shouldn't ever be charged with mishandling classified material. Period. The President can declassify or classify the material whenever he wants.

he was the president of the united states he had access to most documents regardless if it was shown on paper he still has knowledge of things in his brain.

He shouldn't be pardoned but if we go after one former president we should look at all presidents. This treatment should be given across the board.
