More men drop out of schools than women

In higher education women far outnumber men. In popular culture such as tv shows and movies women and girls are smarter. In children tv programs the stereotyping of boys as supporting cast at best who fo not have brains while girls are the main character. No wonder we see more men are falling behind and support Trump.

I am a senior manager at the largest financial firm. There are numerous programs to hire, mentor, train and promote women. For young men, no such programs.
