Suspects are not terrorists

I believe detention should be mandatory until proven innocent.
On the other hand, for highly proven cases, if there are irrefutable proofs someone is a terrorist, I believe constitutional rights should not apply and torture could be a viable means of information gathering, only for national security defensive purposes, and never offensive.

I do not believe in unnecessary violence and torture, but torturing a proven terrorist is better than having innocent US citizens' life being taken.
