If the lotto is supposed to fund education it should be used for that funding to lessen tuition costs so that more students can afford and attend college. I don't see the lotto being used for anything just builds up in the governments pocket and sits there, there is tons of cash that goes into the lotto that is either never redeemed or ever won, where is all that funding for education, what are the High schools still without needed resources for students to better their education, where is that lotto profit to allow someone like my daughter to attend college, but because we make $5000 over the limit for Excelsior we have to pay full tuition, $130k a year shouldn't be considered rich, or wealthy enough to pay for any childs college tuition especially at the prices of these 4 yr colleges, an entire year's wage.
