yes, for public colleges and uc's tuition should maybe not be FREE but restricted to a certain amount (a reasonable amount) in light of taxes the average citizen would have to pay to give free college. That being said, it is the government's duty to make sure their citizens are educated. Education is very important so maybe it should be free, or almost free.
