“A comprehensive path must be found. Fining companies, without punishing families is the delicate balance. While two wrongs do not make a right, immigration quotas that are too small, coupled with companies hiring illegals makes this issue rise above the black and white context in which it is most often cast. Further, America is becoming browner with each passing day as hispanics are the fastest growing population demographic. Texas will become blue in teh next 20-years and the political alilgnment as we know it today will be history. The Republican party is a regional party as it has virtually no representation in New England where it was born. We cannot contninue on the presnt path with immigration.”
