Diversity has no place in education. Schools should be exclusive to those who wish to pursue knowledge out of their own pocket. Not everybody can or should enroll.

No, we should not make us do diversity training because the more you bring up diversity and make it seem like a big deal the bigger of an issue it becomes.

Yes; students should also be taught how to behave professionally in a public setting and should be expected to maintain a non-hostile school environment.

Maybe not make anything mandatory, just apply it to everyday learning. Never exclude anyone because of how they look. Just let the kids be kids and have fun together.
