“If the voters are required to present ID the state should be responsible for making it easier for residents affected to be able to acquire the ID. This may lead to opening sites for registration/ validation within a required maximum distance of travel within established public transportation routes, or alternatively providing transportation. All ID's upon validation should be free.”
