“If you choose to work in a field that is Union based, then yes!. There are many reason's that Unions help build this economy. I believe that good hard work & knowledge and training that union trades provide demand the pay & benefits the receive. Most high paying unions jobs have 5 yr long apprenticeships that train employees. So what makes a person with a college degree anymore qualified to demand high pay in their work place. And more importantly to try to stop Unions so that the high paid CEO owning the companies that need work done by these union workers to cut unions, to pocket more money for themselves.”
