“Yes, but only if these workers are extended the same privileges that the union members enjoy. They should also be extended an invitation to join an applicable Union. It would be unfair, for example, for a temp. worker to be paying union dues yet be refused breaks by a union member. A Union should exist to show others how well they can be treated when there is a representative working in the workers' interest, not to deliberately lord their privileges over non-Union workers.”
