The organization Ohioans for Workplace Freedom is gathering signatures to put a bill on Ohio's November 2014 election that would ban unions from requiring all employees to join and pay dues. Proponents say that no workers should be forced to join a union if their co-workers are part of a labor union. Opponents argue that the unions fight for higher wages and benefits for all workers in an organization an no one should get a free ride.
