“eliminate the income tax and move to a flat tax of 6% on ALL transactions excluding hospital services and elder care. Establish a statewide poverty level and yearly reimburse tax monies collected up to the dollar amount of the poverty level. Restrict raises and changes in the tax to state wide vote.”
