Yes, each legislative body of a local agency should be required to make all records available during normal office hours
Data includes total votes submitted by visitors since Jan 3, 2014. For users that answer more than once (yes we know), only their most recent answer is counted in the total results. Total percentages may not add up to exactly 100% as we allow users to submit "grey area" stances that may not be categorized into yes/no stances.

The 2014 California Compliance of Local Agencies with Public Records Act is a state constitutional amendment that will require local governments to make all public records available for inspections during regular office hours.
