“My property is mine...not the government's. I have paid for the property and paid taxes on it and therefore it is mine to use, or not use, as I see fit. When the government steps in to condemn land for private economic development you can rest assured that the government person in charge (and/or their friends) are the ones that will really be the benefactors of this decision to seize the property. The land owner will be the loser.”
