“Stop taking money that is supposed to go to Transportation and we won't need to take money from the Rainy day fund for Transportation. Education is important too. Legalize marijuana and take the taxes for that to apply to losses. NH owns the liquor trade and gets their revenue from it. Texas could do the same thing but add cigarettes and marijuana too and we wouldn't have a budget deficit.”
