“CA should be split up and have total reform brought to the state including deportation for illegals while putting them into a data base never allowing them passage to our country again for breaking our law. They should be treated like a felon. The electoral vote needs to adjusted also considering most of the population are not willing to become Americans protecting our belief system that built this nation. All foreigners wanting to become citizens should be able to speak FLUENT English also.”
