“Yes, and retroactively reduce sentences for those already serving time for drug use. In addition, Decriminalization (as opposed to legalization) will provide regulation & legislation (although I hate that term) to keep it out of the hands of minors, reduce spending on eradication & incarceration and taxation will provide free rehabilitation.”
