This bond issue will allow Franklin County to issue $460 million in bonds to fund the improvement of Public Utilities. This will include water, power, sanitary sewers and storm sewers, acquiring real estate and interests in real estate, landscaping and otherwise improving the sites thereof, and acquiring furnishings, equipment and appurtenances.
