County of Ventura Measure C will require voter approval for any changes to the Open Space, Agricultural and Rural General Plan land use designations, goals and policies. If Measure C passes voter approval would be extended through 2050. Measure F is also on the ballot but would extend approval through 2036 instead of 2050.  See recent Measure C news
