Amendment 2 will legalize the possession and consumption of medical marijuana by adults over the age of 21 who suffer from chronic or debilitating medical conditions. The conditions are restricted to chronic conditions including AIDS, ALS, glaucoma and epilepsy. To obtain a medical marijuana permit patients will be required to see a state licensed physician. Legal patients may possess up to three ounces of marijuana.
