Amendment 70 will increase the current minimum wage of $8.31 per by 70 cents per year until it reaches $12 in 2020. Full-time workers in Colorado who make minimum wage currently earn $17,285 annually after taxes. Proponents include Green Party Presidential Candidate Jill Stein and the League of Women Voters.
