Should the state government be prevented from allocating funds from state parks to other sources?

Amendment 2 will prevent the state legislature from moving funds allocated for state parks to other sources. The Amendment was introduced after 5 parks were closed after the state moved $15 million out of the park funds from 2011 – 2015.
