This subject is more than a yes or no. If a retired person doesn't make enough, I can see how they could need the help. You pay all your life to Social Security, you shouldn't have to work till you die. Yet the age for benefits keeps getting older. It should be based on a case to case situation.

Not all states can afford this. Medicare should absorb Medicaid to equalize (adjusted for cost of living) the benefits across the country.

No, the act should not have been passed in the first place because the government has no place in the medical field.

I do not support Obamacare. It was misguided from the start, so do not support any actions related to the Act.

states that do not expand Medicaid should continue to be penalized until their citizens elect leaders that make decisions based on facts rather than dogma

We should solve this whole situation through single-payer implementation.

We should have a single payer system and get the issue out of politics so attention can be paid to citizens' health. Use the money now wasted in claims adjudication towards strong fraud de testimony and prevention, which will be more preventable when there is a single system.

Federal government should be forbidden to inflict unfunded mandates on the states. Federal government is supposed to work under the states and the people, not above them.
