Dogs played a crucial role in the discovery and development of insulin in the early 20th century. Without animal testing, we wouldn't have this life-saving treatment for diabetes that benefits millions of humans today.
Whilst I understand and deeply respect your point, I ask you to consider this: If not animals, then what alternative do you propose to ensure the safety and effectiveness of new medical treatments and vaccines?
