Yes, Marijuana should be treated like Alcohol, however measures should be taken to account for a possible shift in the criminal drug manufacturing market towards making and distributing harder drugs to cover the loss of their Marijuana market. Anyone who believes that drug dealers will become business men is naive, and the unfortunate possibility exists that decriminalizing Marijuana could see an increase in production of meth and heroin. A study should be conducted to attempt to determine the actual likely increase in meth and heroin production, and if it is found to be a large volume then Marijuana should be kept illegal to avoid this.
