If by critical race theory we mean the law course, then no I don't think K-12 students would benefit much from taking a collegiate level course on the impact of race on the function of law. But if we mean simply adding different class and race perspectives to history and english courses, then yes this is inherently beneficial to educational discussion and critical thinking.
