Yes but only after four year military service (they are not allowed to fight in physical combat... No one should lose their life just in attempts to become a citizen of a country),
Or 2 years of college graduating (2 year technical degree also equivalent) + 5 years working in the US . (or 4 year degree and 3 years working in US)
Or, if they are born on us soil.
If they were under the age of 14 and they got adopted to a family of all US citizens who did not have their same race or ethnicity, and they attend at least one year of university and pass, and they take an exam about government, etc... Then they can apply after that one year of university and government / history /law exam.
If over the age of 14 or older and they got adopted, former rules apply.
