They should have access to government-subsidized healthcare, and if they pay taxes, they should be granted citizenship.

 @9F48VQDLibertarian from Arizona  answered…2yrs2Y

No. They are here illegally, despite your views of immigration, per curernt laws. They have broken them.

  @VulcanMan6  from Kansas  commented…2yrs2Y

 @Brandonnoe84Libertarian  from Colorado  answered…6mos6MO

No, deport all illegal immigrants but create a simple path to citizenship for illegal immigrants with no criminal record

 @9D73FW8Libertarian from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

They should get the medical attention they need, then get help becoming a legal citizen.

 @97WJ6T7Libertarian from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

No, and the government should never subsidize healthcare but they should be allowed to purchase private healthcare

 @5JBLHDWLibertarian  from Kentucky  answered…2yrs2Y

 @8K6Z9Z5Libertarian from Virginia  answered…5yrs5Y

 @9YK9Q9WLibertarian from Texas  answered…8mos8MO

The govenrment gets help from immigrants all the time without knowing it and if they can't support the people that help boost their economy then something is wrong.

 @9Y94RQZLibertarian from Alabama  answered…9mos9MO

No, I think they should become citizens first, and the process for citizenship should have more money put into it

 @9WYC83VLibertarian from Oregon  answered…9mos9MO

Immigration shouldn’t be prevented by the government, and all funding for all services should be voluntary.

 @9WN6XRPLibertarian from California  answered…9mos9MO

Deport all illegals, don’t pay for anything, including charge immigrants for plane ticket home and salary for age DTS involved.

 @9W3VTKKLibertarian from Mississippi  answered…9mos9MO

They should have the health care, but they need to pay it back and go throughtthe nessisary thing to become a citize afterward

 @9W3C8S4Libertarian from Texas  answered…9mos9MO

yes, If they have a clean background and aren't someone who would hurt others, everyone's deserves healthcare even criminal illegals, some of them.

 @9VJVWP5Libertarian from Wisconsin  answered…10mos10MO

Yes, if they pay income tax. If not, basic care should be offered with co-pay. Or if more intensive treatment/medicine is required for a fee based off a sliding scale.

 @9VJBL8XLibertarian from Texas  answered…10mos10MO

Yes, if it is to preserve life as the hippocratic oath states know no harm and do no harm, or if they contribute like those who already have access to it.

 @9VGJKV9Libertarian from North Carolina  answered…10mos10MO

I believe they should be allowed to purchase private healthcare, children should be allowed, and adults should be allowed for serious health issues and illnesses.

 @9V6PQR6Libertarian from California  answered…10mos10MO

There are many good illegal immigrants in our country; nevertheless, if they aren't paying taxes... I believe they shouldn't get healthcare. You are giving money, to them, rather than the homeless and veterans on the street.

 @9T7V3JLLibertarian from Minnesota  answered…10mos10MO

1. Foreign fee rather than full price on private healthcare, similar to what tourists receive 2. Citizens (documented) should be given priority over undocumented individuals regardless of status

 @9SMTZFBLibertarian from Michigan  answered…11mos11MO

Yes, if they pay taxes and/or should be allowed to purchase private insurance with/through employment. If employed by a company in the US they should be fast tracked for citizenship.

 @9S4D49MLibertarian from California  answered…11mos11MO

We need to get a handle on human trafficking business that “anchor babies” have become in which cartels become wealthy and powerful by facilitating the importation of pregnant undocumented women. until, however, this situation is under control, I believe that pregnant women need access to subsidized healthcare and that the baby as a newborn US citizen should receive the benefits afforded to others

 @9R37L3KLibertarian from Arizona  answered…1yr1Y

No, but they can purchase their own private healthcare. Also those seeking asylum should get some sort of care until their case is closed.

 @9NS8J5GLibertarian from New York  answered…1yr1Y

No. They should all be turned away at the border. However, as the greatest nation which has ever existed - our tax dollars could be used - in the most efficient manner possible - to treat any minors before they're turned away - and provide preliminary, stabilizing treatment for any life threatening treatment their parents have with directions on care to seek once back home. We are not heartless. We need to stabilize our own healthcare crisis in order to assimilate new citizens coming to the US legally.

 @9NFW5SCLibertarian from Washington  answered…1yr1Y

No, but the immigration process should be reformed so that non-criminals can quickly and easily become legal citizens, and border control should be reformed so that no criminals who would be denied legal access can gain access to the country as illegal immigrants.

 @9N6GMHF from North Carolina  answered…1yr1Y

i feel like government assistance comes with citizenship, and if you aren't a U.S citizen then you shouldn't have access to that assistance.

 @9MS62CQLibertarian from Wisconsin  answered…1yr1Y

Non criminal, illegal immigrants should be offered the opportunity to become legal citizens. Offer Healthcare because that's the humane thing to do then follow up with visa or legalization process.

 @9M9Q8CPLibertarian from North Carolina  answered…1yr1Y

No and it is not a matter of illegal immigration but the fact that non citizens should not have government subsidized anything as they are illegal.

 @9LYDXC8  from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

Undocumented immigrants (any person not a US citizen within US borders or territories without official governmental permits like Visas and greencards) should not have legal access to any and all benefits and/or opportunities that are in any way subsidized (financially supported by any form of the US government) from sources of citizen mandated taxes. However, at least until further solutions regarding the political issues of undocumented immigrants can be implemented, they should still be allowed any and all benefits and/or opportunities that are from private institutions (like private schools and non-subsidized charities).

 @9LC522FLibertarian  from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, people are not illegal. All immigrants pay into the system whether they are documented or not and should have access to the benefits that system provides.

 @9L9J6PZ from Texas  answered…1yr1Y

People are not illegal. We need immigration reforms to allow immigrants to come here legally in less time.

 @9KNM3XJ from Oklahoma  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, so long as government-subsidized healthcare exists for anyone, but government healthcare subsidies should be eliminated.

 @9K9HZ5SLibertarian from Florida  answered…1yr1Y

If the immigrant chooses to become a citizen of the U.S, they can be given the rights of one. Including health care

 @9K3JGSTLibertarian from California  answered…1yr1Y

If it was something they didn't have before they came into the US, then yes; but if they came into the US while they had an issue then no.

 @9K3GHF4Libertarian from Ohio  answered…1yr1Y

They are only treated for life-threatening cases and then deported back to their original nation if not in the US legally.

 @9K33Y2NLibertarian from Arizona  answered…1yr1Y

No they should be allowed to purchase privatized healthcare if they’re refugees. Other than that they shouldn’t be allowed here

 @9JXQCT9Libertarianfrom Pennsylvania  answered…1yr1Y

They shouldn't be allowed in in the first place, BUT they should be allowed to purchase private healthcare after living in the us for a certain amount of time, and after, say, 15-20 years, if they have never made the government use welfare on them, then sure.

 @9JW8NBQLibertarian from Virginia  answered…1yr1Y

I think that they have to work for their citizenship it is the only fair way the government should help a little bit to get them on their feet but the immigrant needs to work and do the same as a american citizen and to stay need to be a citizen.

 @9JNM34RLibertarianfrom Pennsylvania  answered…1yr1Y

No, providing such benefits to individuals who have entered the country unlawfully undermines the principles of border security and the rule of law.

 @9HRDNVRLibertarian from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

I think some deserve a path to citizenship, a good education, Healthcare, etc. And some don't and must be deported. We need a strong border but also a border that helps migrants who are needing a better life.

 @9HG7Y9ZLibertarian from Pennsylvania  answered…2yrs2Y

I feel that illegal immagrants should go through a background check then be granted citizenship and that they should have access to health care.

 @9H6GW7TLibertarian from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

Temporary treatment vouchers or if the family is working they should be allowed to utilize government health aide.
Try to get them their green card if they are dedicated to learning the American cultures also. Education of laws and the area would be nice even though there are religious and other ways to bypass these laws.

 @9GT7BP4Libertarian from Colorado  answered…2yrs2Y

No, not until they fill out the proper paperwork and go through a standard and thorough process and testing in order to become eligible for citizenship.

 @9GK9KQ5Libertarian from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

It is unfair that as middle class citizen we struggle to to have decent health insurance but everythin is subsidized for immigrants and low income individuals. They should get treatment for medical emergencies and be deported unless they are working on obtaining citizenship.

 @9GH4CFS from Pennsylvania  answered…2yrs2Y

No, but they should be able to purchase healthcare And a gest worker program should be created immediately.

 @9FKMYFR from Delaware  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but only if they are working/paying taxes and/or have family in the workforce

 @9FK473QLibertarian from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

If you do not pay taxes, why would the government help you? Legal immigrants should have this option; although, illegal immigrants should not.

 @9F9K75GLibertarian from Michigan  answered…2yrs2Y

I think they should be given any and all treatment they need but they should also try filing for citizenship during the processes so they have even more access and safety.

 @9F6TMLCLibertarian from New York  answered…2yrs2Y

yes, but after they have shown contribution to United States. whether that is by Work, Education.

Yes if they plan on becoming citizens but also to not deny them basic human rights of assistance. If they need it they need it even if they are illegal.

 @9DDMVZ5Libertarian  from Indiana  answered…2yrs2Y

No, they are not citizens and therefore should not receive taxpayer dollars. They should be deported for breaking US law. Also, the government should not subsidize healthcare.

 @9D4TSWZ from Illinois  answered…2yrs2Y

No! This is theft. this is taxpayer money being used on people who aren't paying taxes.

 @8PDTMHD from North Carolina  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, if they pay taxes, and then they should be given the opportunity to apply for a green card.

 @8L44M3ZLibertarian from Maryland  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but they should be required to proceed to citizenship or be deported. They must pay taxes.

 @9BNVZ87Libertarian from Indiana  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, only if they have paid income taxes within the last year (if they have been a resident for a year, otherwise only for emergencies and diseases) and are actively seeking citizenship or asylum.

 @9BNFRBLRepublican from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

 @96ZBMDHLibertarian from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

Life threatening or basic seasonal. Kids should definitely be. Also, forced sign up into some sort of visa seasonal work permit agreeement

 @96Q3QRTLibertarian from North Carolina  answered…3yrs3Y

No, for no matter what your insurance status, hospitals and emergencies room must provide adequate care if your situation qualifies as an emergency. Many hospitals offer financial assistance, but each has its own procedure. In most instances, you can apply for help with medical bills from the hospital.

 @96FVQSM from Oklahoma  answered…3yrs3Y

In case of emergency or life threatening illness; deport after treatment or they're stable

 @96FJWGT from California  answered…3yrs3Y

I don't think it's fair to legal citizens or legally immigrated people to push them aside for illegal immigrants to access healthcare.

 @96FHZGMLibertarian from North Carolina  answered…3yrs3Y

 @96FDCM2Libertarian from Tennessee  answered…3yrs3Y

 @5JBLHDWLibertarian from Kentucky  answered…3yrs3Y

 @5JBLHDWLibertarian from Kentucky  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but they must be either granted citizenship or deported after treatment.

 @95S82JWLibertarian from New York  answered…3yrs3Y

No, they should go to private healthcare providers, they'll probably get better care anyways.

 @95RG8WJLibertarian from New York  answered…3yrs3Y

Many non-immigrants do not have access to government-subsidized Healthcare, medical bills have ruined too many financially already and we must take care of the people here legally first

 @95HPPJWLibertarian from Colorado  answered…3yrs3Y

I think if they are providing for society and they are hard workers then I say yes.

 @95CHRH3Libertarian from Tennessee  answered…3yrs3Y

No, however, we should safely deport them and make sure they have a livable house and they should be informed on how to become a legal citizen.

 @95CHHKDLibertarian from Virginia  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, only if their not related with any serious crime that does not fall under misdemeanor

 @9583QRBLibertarian from Washington  answered…3yrs3Y

No, deport all illegal immigrants but make the immigration process easier

 @956G4DH from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

No, they should only use private healthcare for life-threatening emergencies and be deported after the treatment but make it easier for them to attain citizenship.

 @956DWJDLibertarian from Rhode Island  answered…3yrs3Y

The government should not subsidize healthcare, but people in the United States should have the option to purchase some

 @93HR5LKLibertarian from Wisconsin  answered…3yrs3Y

 @93FJSP9Libertarian from Michigan  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes. If they pay taxes or are having a life-threatening emergency/is infected with a fatal infectious disease. Afterward, they should be given the choice of becoming a legal citizen through the process that everyone else must go through, or be deported.

 @93D5R2DLibertarian from Indiana  answered…3yrs3Y

No, reduce the amount of government subsidies for healthcare until the national spending is under control and only allow illegal immigrants to use private healthcare services as those services are sorely needed by legal citizens and immigrants.

 @93BJMT5Independent from Michigan  answered…3yrs3Y

No and we should deport illegal immigrants as a whole not separating there families or putting them in cages like trump did

 @938RWBK from New York  answered…3yrs3Y

 @938C8TVLibertarian from California  answered…3yrs3Y

Not until they become full citizens, and also remove restrictions/lower payment required for receiving full citizenship.
