Yes, but only if the children were born here, and it would not grant their parents citizenship as well, they would still have to submit a formal application.

Yes, revamp the system to make it much easier for citizenship, penalize those who hire illegals under the table

 @9KDCL6WGreen from California  answered…1yr1Y

Yes but only if their parents are given the same citizenship. But the process for their parents should be easier and more efficient so that people can become US citizens and contribute to a forward-growing nation.

Yes if they were born here, and if they weren’t then graduating college or serving the military for 4 years should grant them citizenship.

I believe that if we are human beings and each life, regardless of where it is born, it is by law to be a child of one's country.

 @9GVZCJCJustice party member from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

In my opinion yes. Because frankly it's not really their fault. If they were taken over here by their parents. It's not like they have a choice. Their children. They can't do anything without their parents say so. So it's not like they could make the decision to stay where ever they came from.

No, the addition of imigrants crossing the border into the United States I believe was to influence the census and because only 7 states don’t allow non citizens to vote. This would enable their parents and themselves to vote without processing as a citizen and would have a bias towards republican and democratic parties because of their parents status. Since it would undermine the election process they should not be guaranteed citizenship and should have an age limit where they(motivating their parents as well) must complete their citizenship process or all be deported.

 @9FVY2KMGreen from Ohio  answered…2yrs2Y

No, not because they are ALL dangerous, it is because I would rather leave a child with their families and be deported than let the child in foster care and lose their biological parents.

 @93HWGW5Green from Texas  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, so long as their parents go through the proper channels to be naturalized and are paying taxes.

Yes, but their parents and them if over 12 should get a background check.

Unless at least one parent of a child is a US citizen, they should not automatically be granted US citizenship because it only causes confusion and difficulty for our immigration system. This law needs to change!

  @CrowWatchingJustice party member from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, if they where born here and their parents should receive temporary visas.

 @8RTG3YBGreen from Colorado  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes they are too young to be expected to go through the long process of becoming a citizen, only if they are under 18 years old though

Yes but they should be taken through the process of obtaining citizeship like an immigrant moving to america.

 @8WWQSR4Green from New Jersey  answered…4yrs4Y

No immigration should be illegal, and every immigrant should gain citizenship.

 @9XKPXVLGreen from North Carolina  answered…9mos9MO

They should legally and properly apply citizenship here and if their children are born here then they can be granted born citizenship with legal paperwork.
