In my opinion yes. Because frankly it's not really their fault. If they were taken over here by their parents. It's not like they have a choice. Their children. They can't do anything without their parents say so. So it's not like they could make the decision to stay where ever they came from.
No, the addition of imigrants crossing the border into the United States I believe was to influence the census and because only 7 states don’t allow non citizens to vote. This would enable their parents and themselves to vote without processing as a citizen and would have a bias towards republican and democratic parties because of their parents status. Since it would undermine the election process they should not be guaranteed citizenship and should have an age limit where they(motivating their parents as well) must complete their citizenship process or all be deported.
