We as a country should be able to decide what the U.S government gets involved in. Being able to focus on problems within our country before trying to fix things in other country's.
@9CJ6CB62yrs2Y
If we decided wars by direct democratic means, we’d just ignore every conflict, not a good idea.
@92GWCNC3yrs3Y
Yes, but remove the U.N. headquarters from the U.S. Build a basketball arena in its place. Tear down Maddison Square Gardens. Finally rebuild the original Penn Station.
@B5B3B8Q2mos2MO
Yes at this time but more information is needed about the global role of the UN and its abilities to hold nations accountable.
@B2HZGM66mos6MO
Yes and actually respect it as we should follow international order plus do reforms like getting rid of special privileges for certain countries
@9SPWFP711mos11MO
Yes, but remove the U.N. headquarters from the U.S. Build a NBA basketball area in it's place. Teardown Madison Square Gardens, and rebuild the original Penn Station.
@9S5NLJC11mos11MO
we shouldn't spend money on foreigners,only spend money on our own people,foreigners have no rights in our country
@9RFM9RF12mos12MO
Yes, but adhere to the original goals and make a concerted effort to not look for increasingly smaller and smaller problems, especially social matters that could be worked out without UN involvement
@9Q4WPCP1yr1Y
The US should remain, HOWEVER, all those that are part of the UN should contribute an amount based on population. While the US contributes substantially more, the US also provides more of everything. There’s a point when a trade-off should take place in all facets of assistance/aide. Seems that when the US has catastrophic events, we don’t see much side from others. There should at least be export agreements in place for those that may nt have the financial resources, but may indeed have exports to barter with.
@9NTZF7CIndependent1yr1Y
The charter of the United Nations should be subject to review, as many countries represented are cross purposes to the mission.
yes but the US (and other western countries) should not have absolute veto power against anything they disagree with.
@9LM6V4S1yr1Y
No, and remove the U.N. headquarters from the U.S but if we stay use the UN peacekeeping forces to protect our interests.
@9LK9ZFP1yr1Y
Yes, but scale back our current involvement or use the forces for our interests as long as they don't listen to us.
@9JXSQ2X1yr1Y
The U.S. has too much sway over the United Nations. Despite the UN’s policies, it’s not done enough to help people, even in cases of genocide.
@9JPZCF41yr1Y
I think they should remain because peace is good and it would create bad energy between the United Nations and the US, but we should definitely stop throwing the US head first into war.
@9HM2M3KIndependent2yrs2Y
Yes, but motivate the U.N & countries within to abide by the treaties & law’s & agreements agreed on.

@8XWKS5SIndependent4yrs4Y
the united nations is a useless organization that allows palestinians to continue being oppressed so doesnt matter if the us is in it or not
@8XH56DM4yrs4Y
Yes but needs reform. I think the idea of enforcement mechanisms would be a good reform to enforce international law against countries that traditional break it like the US. Plus the UN might need to shift power more equally instead of giving all the power to the big 5
@8X63YQJ4yrs4Y
I think we should stay in the U.N., but permanently move out of the anti-Semitic Human Rights Counsel and not be afraid to criticize the Palestians.
@8X4LJ5G4yrs4Y
Yes, but the other countries have to do more.
@8WW82VK4yrs4Y
Yes, but we should be more vocal about our concerns, mainly about favorability towards China, who has caused multiple global concerns. We need to work towards getting China to listen to the agreements.
@8WSGFYN4yrs4Y
No and yes we should expand I don’t like the idea of there being multiple countries it should all be one large state everything else can stay the same. We need to stop fighting and find a solution for peace and solve global warming and world hunger!!!

Yes but we shouldn't be the biggest spender
@8WCMBF54yrs4Y
@8W2GX4S4yrs4Y

yes, but should re-evaluate our stance in the security council as well as expansion of the council.
@8SVNLT9Constitution4yrs4Y
Get all nations to support the UN
@8SVGT2P4yrs4Y
Yes, but use our influence to call out the United Nation's ignoring human rights violation
@8SSYLGZ4yrs4Y
Yes if countries all pay equal amounts in relation to their size.
@8S7PVBY4yrs4Y
Yes, but only if other countries involve themselves more
@8S6R2KT4yrs4Y
Yes, but it is in desperate need of reform and financial contributions should be based on a country’s GDP.
@8RT7YMK4yrs4Y
Yes, but only as a means to aid in our own national security interests.
@8RLX4GFIndependent4yrs4Y
All nations, including the U.S., should create community among nations of the world.
@8RLHWL54yrs4Y
Doesn't really matter to me and I don't have an opinion on it.
@8Q8V97HLibertarian5yrs5Y
No, the US contributes the most money to the UN with little return.
@clpalmer19735yrs5Y
No, but there should be a parallel organization of democratic nations.
@8ML9L6X5yrs5Y
Yes, but we can decrease our money input
@8LWGF7K5yrs5Y
The U.N. Should have no say in United States laws and policies.
@8G4TLP65yrs5Y
Yes but give less funding.
Yes but needs reform on stuff like human rights as well as accountability for war crimes that the US and Saudi Arabia have done
@9CNCQRV2yrs2Y
The U.S. should remain apart of the U.N. as maintaining connections with other countries are important. Since the majority of humanity deserves a chance and shouldn't be limited by race, culture, or ethnicity. Which are still controversial in the U.S. and the world.
@9CJJJ552yrs2Y
No, everyone who isn’t from the U.S. are filthy sodomites that aren’t deserving of living peacefully

Yes but make it so we pay fairly for what we get from it
@977V2PT3yrs3Y
Yes, but we shouldn't be the world's police force
@973Z3CG3yrs3Y
Yes, but I believe the United Nations should be abolished altogether.
U.N. is a racist imperialist organization that is completely ineffective
The UN doesn't do anything they promise to, but that's no reason to leave it.
@8YZFRJ73yrs3Y
Only if our monetary contribution is equivalent to other members based on %
@8WYGBC34yrs4Y
I don't really understand what the UN does
