Yes to ensure equal value diplomas, but additionally measures should be taken to ensure education isn't limited to "teaching to the test"

It is important that getting a diploma is accessible (and fairly easy) for all students, although their must be some standard to which it is attained, either by test or by a sort of evaluation of character/trying hard

Yes, but it should be leaner. It shouldn't have to be what directs a person's future, but still should be taken in relation to more of the currently used curriculum.

I believe that MCAS should be optionally applied, allowing for students that have failed to still graduate but also reward those who did pass.

While I believe it shouldn't be a full requirement in which a student who failed is not able to graduate, I would hope for their to be something to congratulate and reward those who did.
