Yes and No, to vote, you have to be a US citizen, and if you are, then you should be able to but you also have to show ID when you get there

Granting the right to vote to non-citizens based on residency and taxation devalues the sanctity of the democratic process, insults the millions of legal immigrants who followed the law to earn their status, and undermines national sovereignty by diluting the political power of American citizens in favor of those who have not pledged exclusive allegiance to the United States.

If they are a documented US citizen they should have the right to vote but if they are not a US citizen they should not have the right to vote

It does not matter how much somebody contributes economically, voting is tied to citizenship. And if someone is not. A legal citizen of the United States, then just like every other country, they should not be allowed to vote, let alone be allowed to live here. If they are legal, then things could be different.

as long as they're living in the united states are paying taxes and plan to stay here for the foreseeable future till that person comes in office, yes.
