the recall election system should be reformed, treating the incumbent being recalled as a potential candidate

yes it could be removed, but it also carries real concerns about unintended consequences.

Yes we should remove RIGHTFULLY so anyone who is Israel first or any ccountry first that isn't America first.

well listen California is the richest state we can be our own nation if we wanted to so we should be given the freedom to just let us do us

Yes, but have the replacement election as soon as practically possible afterwards. This would potentially end the "clown-car" ballots that we saw in the past two recalls and prevent non-serious candidates from diluting the vote of more serious contenders.

before the recall question appears — there are at least two viable candidates already nominated or qualified to replace the official. That way, the recall vote always comes with a ready alternative.

While I do not support abolishing the replacement election in recalls, I advocate for reforms to ensure it is used appropriately, as removing it could enable current politicians to appoint a successor without giving the public a voice in the decision

No, I don't think California should remove the replacement election in recalls. However, I support raising the signature requirement to 25% of the total votes cast in the previous election for that office, along with raising the bar so that an elected official could only be recalled because of illegal or unethical activity
